Hi there, I ordered something today at 5:30 p.m. It arrived at 6:30 p.m. There is always talk of a 30 minute delivery. There was no apology from the driver, no biscuits, no discounts or anything like that. The delivery fee of 1.99 € was also paid. Because of the double waiting time, the burger was just lukewarm. I didn't want to write a bad review straight away because it's Saturday and there are definitely a lot of orders. Then I called again and wanted to express my dissatisfaction and give the opportunity to explain. The head office then wanted to find out more about a voucher or something similar. The head office then apologized to me. The responsible burger does not want to give a credit note or the like, because the "warm boxes must have made the burger warm" Well, I think it's a shame and a bit annoying. I will order from other suppliers in the future. I give one star to the well-organized headquarters.
